申请删除游戏账号

适用于《阴阳怪谈》（supernatural，com.joythegame.yygt）。你可以直接通过邮件申请，无需重新安装游戏。

  1. 发送邮件到 fsj@joythegames.com，主题为“阴阳怪谈账号删除申请”。
  2. 说明你希望删除游戏账号及关联数据，并提供可回复的联系方式。如已知游戏设置内的玩家 ID，可一并提供；不知道 ID 也可以先提交申请。必要时，客服会与你核实 Google Play Games 玩家资料或相关交易信息。
  3. 客服进行必要的身份核实，说明数据和权益处理影响，并在核实身份后 30 天内处理、回复结果。

申请涉及哪些数据

申请涵盖游戏账号关联、游戏进度及云存档、游戏服务记录与客服资料。我们会核查开发者系统及所使用的服务提供商的数据，并说明删除结果。必要的支付对账、退款争议、防欺诈或法律义务记录可能继续保留；客服会说明范围、理由和适用期限，相关目的结束且无其他保留依据后删除或去标识化。

对游戏和购买有什么影响

删除后可能无法恢复原有进度及相关道具。未使用的碎金和购买权益如何处理，会在执行删除前向你说明；账号删除本身不代表自动退款，退款申请适用 Google Play 的相关流程。删除本游戏账号不会删除 Google 账号或其他游戏的数据。卸载游戏、重置本地进度与删除账号是不同的操作。

Request game account deletion

For supernatural (阴阳怪谈 / 陰陽怪談), package com.joythegame.yygt, provided by 杭州心悦爱玩科技有限公司. You can request deletion by email without reinstalling the game.

  1. Email fsj@joythegames.com with the subject “supernatural account deletion request”.
  2. Say that you want your game account and associated data deleted, and provide a way to reply. Include your player ID from game settings if known; you may still submit a request without it. Support may need to verify your Google Play Games player details or relevant transaction information.
  3. Support verifies your identity as necessary, explains the effects on your data and entitlements, and processes the request and replies within 30 days after verification.
Open email request

This opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically. You can also copy the address into your preferred email service.

Do not send Google passwords, verification codes, full bank card numbers or identity document photos. You may also request deletion of specific data, and support will explain the available scope.

Data covered

The request covers game account associations, progress and cloud saves, game service records and support data. We check data in the developer's systems and with the service providers used, and explain the outcome. Minimum records needed for payment reconciliation, refund disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained. Support explains their scope, reason and applicable period; they are deleted or de-identified once those purposes end and no other retention basis applies.

Effects on your game and purchases

Your existing progress and associated items may become unrecoverable. We explain how unused paid currency and purchased entitlements will be handled before executing deletion. Account deletion does not automatically issue refunds; refund requests follow the relevant Google Play process. Deleting this game account does not delete your Google account or other games' data. Uninstalling the game and resetting local progress are separate actions.
